Bruce Lyne – NSW Australia

One of my absolute favourite possessions is a 27 year old Groundcover XL Briefcase.

It started its life in Pietermaritzburg and now resides in Northern NSW Australia. After 27 years hard use in 3 countries, the clasp gave out and not long after the stitching on one of the buckles. A great innings given what this briefcase has been through!

I wasn’t ready to give up on it though. A little time with a large needle and some heavy-duty thread sorted the buckle. The clasp was fixed with a brass plasterboard screw. The briefcase, and Groundcover’s awesome workmanship lives on!
