I bought a pair of sandals and they were sent to my mum's home in South Africa, she then posted them to me in the UK. Upon arrival I was disappointed with the size and spoke to a lovely lady called Angelika, who went out of her way to resend me a new pair free of charge to the UK, as it would have been very difficult to get the pair i originally bought back to SA. I am very thankful and very happy with my new pair. I would highly recommend this company.
